Why is my Delaware rooster turning yellow?

The girls are white but my boy has turned yellow. Why is this happening?

Your girls look yellowish too, but pretty birds!

Usually feeding corn or a lot of scratch causes this. Many years ago my white rooster turned yellow. I stopped the usual scratch and went to Kalmbach's Henhouse Reserve to use as scratch instead and in a couple of weeks he started looking way better.
