Why is one hen not laying??

My two Sex-Link are the same age. One started laying on Nov. 5th. The other has yet to lay or get in the nest box but does watch as the egg is getting laid by the one layer. Anyone know what could be going on here?

Some hens just don't lay. Give her another month or so. Some develop slowly.

I have 4 sexlinks the same age. After the first one started laying, the others looked as if they were ready- they had big bright red combsand were squatting. Two weeks went by, and I was thinking for sure they must be laying. I went on an egg hunt all over my yard and all the neighbors yard. Foud nothing

One by one they started laying eggs- in the nestboxes. It was more than a month from the time the first one started laying until the last one started laying.
I'd say to be patient. Winter often slows production, so she may take a little longer. One day when you least expect it, it'll be there.
