Why isn't my Rhode Island area laying eggs

I have acquired 3 chickens 2 are leghorns and 1 Rhode Island Red who I call Ruby. Rudy is 3 yrs old. I was told she has not laid eggs for one year! She is not molting and I've had the chickens for at least two months. The other ones are laying, what's wrong with Ruby?

She may very well have passed her productive years at 3 years of age. High level producing hens 'burn out' relatively young. If she does not start laying once the day length increases, she is probably finished. I'm assuming you are feeding a balanced ration.

Sometimes chickens go through there whole life without laying a single egg kinda like some people can't have kids

They. Get crumbles, cracked corn, meal worms, then I will give them a corn on the cob or watermelon, and a cabbage head to eat as they want. While one of the leghorns were molting and even now I will feed them protein, tuna, sardines, oatmeal, barley .

Perhaps this is true for hatchery birds, but I have had heritage RIR that laid throughout their lifetime.

I have a RIR (Big Brown) and an Ameraucana (Spot). They both started laying eggs at around 6M old. Winter came and they stopped. Big Brown molted and finished. Around the end of January Big Brown laid 2 eggs and Spot followed suit 2 weeks later and Big Brown stopped. It's the beginning of March now and Spot has been going strong for a month and a half. Big Brown seems to have stopped completely. Her diet is fine, poop is fine, adequate sunlight, forages, no stress, gave her apple cider vinegar, not broody, was my best layer last year, not even 1 year old, and no hiding place stash, and seems to be happy. Any suggestions?
