I dont' bother blowing out my tiny eggs. I just let them sit and they dry out on their own. When you place them on the table they wobble arround and its funny.

Thanks for that bit of info! I would have totally freaked if I found one like that! The only just-laid egg I've ever seen didn't have a shell at all, so I would have figured I was a jinx on laying chickens or something

I received my first egg on Memorial Day. It was a beautifully perfect brown speckled egg. On the small side, but perfect. I was expecting a weird soft bloppy kind of egg! You never know! My chickens are red sex links.
