I have one adult (about two years old) OEGB hen. She has never laid an egg for me! She is the only one in my flock who is so tiny and she's a bit of a loner. I have two EE roosters and lots of other hens, no one picks on this little girl, but she gets pushed away from the feed, pushed off of nest etc... I've seen her making little nests by herself in the hayloft and horse stalls, away from all the others, but she's still never laid an egg! What's her problem? Should I make her a separate pen where she can go to get away from the others?

Maybe she cant physically. If she has never shown signs of being egg bound, I wouldnt worry to much. I also wouldnt separate her unless she is getting picked o badly enough to cause physical harm...she might get very stressed out being alone. But if you could pull a nice cage mate for her to live with who is nice to her, you could get her a "place of her own".
