Hello from Bandera, Texas, the Cowboy Capital of the World!

My name is Stephanie Hill and I am the wife of a chicken-holic

. My husband's name is Brian. He is a nurse at the VA in Kerrville and also trains Quarter Horses for reining and western shows. We have about 17 chickens, 3 rabbits, 5 horses (only 2 live with us), about a million and a half fish, 2 dogs, and 4 boys.

Our chicken inventory is as follows:

2- road island red roosters, roaming
2- anconda roosters, roaming
1- silver-laced wyandotte breeding pair, penned
1- speckled sussex breeding pair, penned
3- white leghorn hens (their roo went to be with Jesus the other day), penned
1- light brown leghorn breeding pair, penned
1- brown breeding pair that looks like the leghorns, I just forget what they are., penned

Nice to meet you all and I'm glad to finally be getting some chicken-raising help!
