Rest in Peace 1963-2021
The duck crew is now 6 weeks old and are a hoot as usual. Here are pics of them yesterday.
Finally he has a name! My curious nosey GWH drake has now earned his name....introducing Draccus!
Sasha, one of my female Anconas (a silver I believe)
Onyx, one of my Ancona drakes whom we believed to be a black and white and now has shown tri-color
Nibblets, a female GWH
Mounds, female ancona, chocolate and white
KitKat, Ancona Drake, chocolate and white
My other GWH female, Lilly named in honor of our Lt Brahma we lost last year. Lilly is a lighter color than Nibblets.
Here you can see Nibblets outside the pool and Lilly in it...slightly different shades of the beautiful reddish brown color
Hershey, my second female chocolate and white ancona
Nibblets and a drake which has been claimed by Dances with Ducks... hopefully, we can figure out how to hook up and exchange him so he can go live with her girls in Colorado.
crowding in for their favorite greens, Spinach leaves from me
Lazy Ducks...will not get out of the pool, preferring to lean over instead.
I am in the process of duck house building and will get some pics soon.
