This is my first time incubating where the eggs have made it all the way to hatch day (today) as before I had only used shipped eggs (never again!). Yesterday one out my three eggs was wiggling every time I would look in the incubator. Another one hasn't really wiggled at all. And the third wiggled a little and was the first one to pip. The other two haven't pipped at all yet. When should I get concerned about them not having pipped yet while one already has? I figured the one that was wiggling up a storm would have been the first one to pip. Also it has been about 12 hours since it made the first pip & I did wake up to see it has made a smaller pip beside it but how long is too long of no changes with it trying to hatch? I know they rest in between pip's and absorb the yolk and everything just making sure so I know what's okay and what's not. I know not to interfere and to let nature takes it course. Anything advice would be great, thanks!!

Sometimes eggs wiggle like crazy before the chicks hatch and some show now signs of life at all until the chicks pip. I've learned to just watch and wait. Once the chick pipped through the shell it can take a full day to progress from there. I had a hatch a few weeks ago where all the chicks took 18+ hours to progress from pip to zipping. Good luck with your hatch!
