Wild birds eating chicken food yikes!

I joined this group long ago but after 6 yrs chickens passed. Now I have my daughter’s chickens so back again. How do I keep the smaller birds from eating all my chicken food?

In the sleeping part of the coop? I'd try rubber snakes on the tool of the coop.

Good idea. I have a fake owl but didn’t work.
