Wild geese with domestic geese?

We have a stock dam in front of our house, and there is a pair of Canada geese that spends most of the spring/summer months in it. Would there be any potential problems(disease, fighting, other) with introducing domestic geese in the same pond?

Most people/breeders would tell you to keep the Canadians away from domestic geese because of potential diseases from the Canadians. In reality, if you have a lake,I will say though that it is almost virtually impossible unless the Canadian geese do not have access to where the domestics go. I can tell you that my geese intermingle with the canadians on our lake but I have had no problems thus far. My flock stays together and they might go visit them but they do not stay with the Canadians for very long.
