Will a short humidity drop affect chicken eggs

I am currently hatching eggs and over night I forgot to add more water to the incubator the humidity was at 61% when I last checked on it which I think would have been around 7-8pm and when I got up in the morning at 7am the humidity was really low I added more water and it shot right back up but was just wondering if this is something I should be worried about or should all the eggs be ok the eggs are currently at day 11

61% is too high for this stage of incubation. Has it been that high this whole time? 40% to 50% would be much better.
