Will any other chickens peck?

Hello, I have an ISA Brown hen (Laying) I think she will be one in December, and she has a bad blood spot that is open on one of her bald spots. (On the back near her tale). And I was wondering in she could get very sick or if some other hens will notice and peck. I did bring her in my house and washed the cut, and also dabbed a bit of Polysporin on the cut.
Do you think that it may get infected? Or will chickens peck at her?

The others may peck at her. I would get some Blue Kote and use that..it will stop the urge to peck. It is also an antibiotic.

Most any feed store will carry it. If you have a Tractor Supply nearby, it will definitely carry it. Good luck in your search.
