Will chicks from a gold laced wyandotte RIR be sex link

I was wondering if chicks from a Rhode Island Red rooster and a gold laced wyandotte will be sex links like silver laced wyandotte and RIR? If so what will be the difference between the pullets and cockerals?

Pullet is a female chicken under one year old and a cockerel is a male chicken under one year old.

No, they would not be sex-links... To make red sex-links, you need a silver gene hen crossed with a red/gold gene roo. RIR and GLW are both "red." You can cross your RIR rooster with Barred Rock hens for black sex-links, or with SLW and Delawares for red sexlinks. Unfortunatley, a GLW hen cannot be used in any way to produce sex-links (that I know of). Hope this helps!
