I have a hen that her earlobes were peeling pretty bad and she was peeling around her face and neck area. I have read several threads on here about favus and I couldn't really find an answer. Some of the stuff I've read says that with favus their skin will peel around the head and neck area. So I went and bought some lotrimin with clotrimazole in it. If its not favus and just dry skin or if its stress related or some other cause, will it hurt her to go ahead and treat her for it to be on the safe side? She doesn't have any powdery looking stuff anywhere on her head or neck. She did have a few tiny black spots but they went away when I started the lotramin. Thanks in advance for any advice
