Will different looking twins produce same offspring?

I have 2 young roosters from the same mom and dad, but they look different. One is big, one is small. One has a crest, one doesn't. Ones pure white, the other has red on his wings. Will they breed the same? Can one pass on genes that look like the other one?

They're not twins; they are siblings. Twins would have to hatch out of the same egg which is extremely rare.

Some traits are only passed down to a certain percentage of the offspring, which is why you may get slightly different looking birds from siblings.
