Will eucalyptus oil keep hens from pecking others?

I only have two hens and I think my Americana is pecking at the neck on my Speckled Sussex, (maybe even caused the eye damage). If I put something like eucalyptus oil or some other idea on her feathers around her neck it would help?

I use aloe vera, have no idea about ecolyptus oil.
