I was wondering if our Frizzle Cochin Bantam rooster will ever crow again?

He crowed one time when he was 2 or 3 months old but never attempted to again.
With the older girls beating on him, will this cause him not to crow? He mainly tries to stay with his 2 favorite girls(Also Cochin Bantams and same age).

We live in an area where we can't have roosters due to noise and neighbors.
We put a no crow collar on him and it worked perfectly for him but I took it off and he doesn't wear it anymore.

How will we know if he'll crow again?

Huge thanks in advance!

Probably. My guess is in early spring as his hormones start to surge again due to increasing daylight. He's currently still a baby technically. He will mature more over winter and should become more self assured.

How old is he now? I have a 6 MO that has just started crowing,,
I would certainly say yes he will crow again, though I have not used the collars which may have trained him a bit,,,
