My broody was sitting on 4 eggs. All developing and alive on day 11.
3 eggs pipped and hatched on day 20. One egg remained unpipped. My broody left the nest with her chicks so the egg is currently in my incubator. Today is day 22 and still nothing.
Could the fact it has stains on the outside be affecting it?
Is it just late? Will it hatch?

if it hasn't pipped and you can't hear peeping, it likely won't hatch. However, I would candle it and see if there is movement. All you need is a flashlight and a dark space, good luck and congrats on the three hatches!
it may need help hatching though. I'd look up an assisted hatching video for that, but the key is to go slow and easy. Poking a little hole will let you peek in and confirm if it is breathing and evaluate before proceeding. Good luck, I personally doubt that it is alive, but I always make absolutely sure before giving up <3
