Will meat turkeys become less stringy/tough if they are confined

I just purchased 2 turkeys that have been free range. Will the meat be more tender if we confine them until Turkey day?

questions, what kind are they, how big are they and how old are they?

I had broad breasted whites one year and they were 50lbs at 6 months old and they did not range far. Meat birds usually grow at astounding rates, do not get around much or very well, and need to be butchered young due to size, so they should not be stringy or tough as they will be young.

I believe they are Heritage Bronze. They definately aren't broad breasted. They were hatched in the spring and have been completely free range since.
