will my blue furnace O.E.G bantams breed true with black cockrel?

ive got 1 blue furnace O.E.G and 2 pure black pullets and 1 pure black cock. ive heard from a fellow fancier of the breed that if you breed blue furnace to black, it will breed true blue. please help! ive already put my blue in with my 2 black pullets and black cock and im really hoping she will breed true bc i dont have any other blue furnaces!! if anyone is good with plumage and colour breeding id really appritieate the advice thanks

What is a blue furnace? Do you have a pic?
Not sure what it is but it won't breed true for blue.
Any blue crossed with black will produce some blues and some blacks.
I assume "furnace" is a pattern so when bred to black you'll lose the pattern.

hi! thanks so much for the advice, i pretty new to colour breeding as ive only ever really bred partridge and black oeg bantams. ive only got the new colours the other week so i dont have any pics on my laptop but i might be able to send some i dont know... but thanks anyway

Blue furnace rooster

Furnace pullet

You could get some cockerels showing some of the color in the shoulders but they wouldn't be true furnace or bred true.
The pullets would show very little to none of their pattern.
If you keep the pullets and breed back to the rooster then you should get about half furnace offspring. You wouldn't get all blues though. Some would be black and if you use blue pullets you could also get splash.
You could also breed the pullets to the cockerels but that would cut your chances of getting them in half to what breeding back to the rooster would get you.
