It looks good to me, I see a thick blood vessel. They usually get thin and transparent when the chick dies. Do you see movement? or what is making you think it will not hatch. 🤨

i read some article state that there might have a sound like bird chirping but i didn't heard any of that and didn't notice much movement because it's too dark inside. All my these make me very nervous!

You cannot hear a chick chirp until they're ready to hatch and have penetrated through the air cell. So I recommend to leave the egg in the incubator, put him in lockdown when it's day 18 and raise the humidity to where you need it. You will hear peeping as soon as they penetrate the air cell and breathe air which is around day 19 for some, but it depends as to whenever they decide to go through the air cell. Right now its day 15 and they're still surrounded by fluid. It's like if you were underwater, people can't really hear you because you're surrounded in water until you come to surface where there's air.

You might not see much movement because the chick has occupied most of the space in the egg, there is no much space to move like he did during early incubation.
