will my turkey leave???

i am thinking of getting a turkey just to run around the yard as a pet but i also have wild turkeys that go through my yard. if i buy a turkey will it leave with the flock of wild turkeys?

I would get more than one as they are flock animals and having more than one doesn't make them less friendly. Far from leaving I have a hard time keeping mine from coming in the house!
