Will putting vitamins and electrolytes in your chickens water give them diarrhea?

I am not sure if it will give them diarrhea, but I have read that they really shouldn't get electrolytes unless they are at risk for dehydration, so I would guess it is possible.

ok well i switched them back to normal water to see if that would help.
I only gave it to them because they had gone through a stressful shipment.​
