I have four rir hens, a Brahma rooster, and a golden laced polish rooster in my flock, I have more chickens but these are the ones I have a question about. I’ve hatching chicks lately from my flock and I want to know if the red brahmas and red polish mixes will be good egglayers.
Here some pictures of what they currently look like

:welcome I would guess that they will be adequate layers, but not as good as their mothers as their fathers are from breeds that tend to have a lower annual production rate.

They should be okay, but not as good as their mums. It is definitely a good breed to improve egg laying in a flock. I would love for you to keep posting on your crosses, so we can see how they develop, what their eggs are like when they start laying.
