Will she brood again

I have a Cayuga that I didn’t realize was going broody until she only had 2 eggs. Then I left them she had been sitting on them for about a week when something got them. She was still sitting on the empty nest for at least 2 days when I left on vacation. She isn’t sitting anymore but there are 2 eggs in the nest now. Do I leave them and she will go broody again or pick them up? Help never had a duck go broody before.

He will go broody again in like a few months to a year.
