Will she lay again?

If a hen goes broody and either hatches or has a failed hatch will she start to lay again or wait till she molts we had an early spring in the northeast? Im not sure what to do?

my hen is doing the same thing she will molt mine hatched babies last fall and is just now molting it will be awhile

Ok then i feel its in my best intrest to keep her from going broody as best i can! They just started to lay again about a month ago and, i beleive they molted late fall or during the winter they stoped laying around mid november. I apreciate your insight and ask for more thanks!

yea i think it a great idea to keep a broody around just incase any of your chickens die
