Will they be ok?

I have 13 week old OEGB pullets, Modern game cockerels and pullets, and a minorca cockerel (i also have several others, but i know that they are cold hardy.) and i wanted to know if they would be ok without an extra heat source? The winters here can be kinda harsh (-15 degrees F at times)
