We recently hatched 3 Cortunix quail eggs - one of them died 2 days ago.
We've been taking them out about everyday, and they seem a bit scared of my hands.
I know they're a lot smaller than my hand, so they have a reason to be afraid, but will they ever become truly tame?
These quail were going to be producers of eggs that we could eat, and just lovable pets. Will they ever become tame enough to become our sweet little babies?
P.S. They're on day 7, and they already have pin feathers! In fact, when they were on the edge of my purse, (their little carrying bag to go outside) they flapped their cute widdle wings to balance themselves!
