Will they stay loyal to their coop?

Neighbor has free range chickens (4 or 5 hens and two roosters) that almost daily venture onto my property. I have no problem with this. If/when I decide to let mine free range will they continue to return to their own coop or is there a chance they might join up with the neighbors flock and return home to the neighbors coop?

It is best to keep your flock separate so they don't pick up diseases, mites/lice, and worms from other flocks. But if you are going to have them run together they will probably stay put I am guessing. But there is really no guarantee. They are individuals and make up their own minds about things.
