Will this incubator hatch eggs ?

I have had my homemade incubator on a test run for the last week, the humidity has held bewteen 53 & 57 % and the temp. between 99 & 102. I want to know is this good or does the humidity need to be higher.

How hard is it to adjust? If you had a hard time getting those settings, leave it alone, but if you can adjust both easily, I'd drop the temp to 98-101 & lower the humidity to 50-53%. You might be able to lower the humidity by just covering part of the water pan
