Will this new chick be okay?

This chick just hatched. I have hatched several dozen chicks before, and have not before noticed this red, organ-like material that came out with it. Is this normal? Thanks

It could be yolk that's still absorbing, put it it a tea cup and back in the incubator

I also noticed though, that this chick has air bubbles under it's skin near the neck/ chest area. This doesn't seem normal. Any idea why?
