Will this rabbit hutch work for bantams?

Hi! This is my first post on BYC- but I've been lurking for the past couple days, reading everything I can (spending alot more time than I should have, lol)

Okay, so anyway, I hoping to end up with about 10 or so bantams, and have been debating on which kind of coop to build (poorly, I'm sure) when I ran across this on Craigslist

It is 8ft x 6ft x 7 1/2ft tall, with 3 1/2 ft underneath. I think, for the price, I am definitely going to get it, but I was hoping to hear any ideas to make it work better for chickens. I'm going to build a run and attach it, any ideas for the best way to do that would be great too!

Yes. I think that will be more than big enough! my 9 heavies live in a smaller coop than that!
