Windows 7 Folks - How to Change Upload Settings

When I plug my camera into my computer with Windows 7, it uploads every picture on my camera every time. Is there a way to change the settings to choose which pictures to upload without uploading a gazillion pictures onto the computer again and again?

but theres a little box that you can check that deletes the pix like right after they are all on the computer
