Wing and back injury

About 10 of my hens are loosing feathers around the wings where they attach to the body and also at the base of the neck. Could this be from the roosters mounting them? Otherwise they appear healthy. Can anything be done about this? Thanks in advance.

I would check really well for mites.... I could be the roosters ,if so it would be right where the tail feathers start.. The only thing you can do if its the roos are put lil aprons on the hens or get rid of your roo
