Wing flapping

Hello recently I’ve been noticing my 3 month old saxony duck twitching the upper part of his wing and was wondering if this was normal. He eats and drinks regularly and runs around and seems normal. I can’t figure out how to upload a video it just lets me do photos

My 3 pekins do this also, especially after swimming.

Well, I also worried when my first pekin started doing this, but can't say it's abnormal as I now see all three of them doing it occasionally. If anyone has more experience, I'd love to hear.

mine do it too, my kahki does it alot, and my old kahki did too. i never figured out why but i always checked for lice, ticks, or dry skin. Iam sure hes okay though!

Mine do it too so I think it's normal

I’d say normal. Mine do it after bathing too, and my pekins will do it in extreme heat.

I think of it as them airing out their underwing<arm> to keep dry or cool.
