Wings too big? Is it possible? SPeckled Sussex

I've noticed that my Speckled Sussex Maple's wings are enormous. They extend past her tail. Is this something to worry about? I know there is nothing I can do, but I've never in my life seen wings so big on a bird.

Does this mean she is a pullet?

. Maple is three weeks old.

She will grow into them,.. like a puppy with feet too big for his body,..
