Meggan Excalibur Fletcher
In the Brooder
My muscovy duck mother isn't sitting on the babies. It's getting colder, and I'm getting worried. I took them away from her because they were wet and she left them. I read that they weren't supposed to stay with her for very long, but when we left them alone too, two of them froze at night. I only have three now, and they seem to like it inside, but I don't know if taking her babies is going to make her change or give change the babies.
We had one baby live the last batch, and it has never left her mom side (even when raising the new babies)
I'm still learning. I never planned to have babies it just happened, so if you have any advice, I'd like to know. <3
