Winter molt?

we have 7 chickens and 3 are Plymouth rocks. One seems to be loosing feathers and looking rough down to one tail feather. The others are nice and plump. Could this be a 9 month molt? Just curious why it is only one bird. They are 10 months old. I attached some pictures so you can see our one girl next to the others
 
I had about half of my 13 chickens do a real molt at 8 months last Thanksgiving, something I never saw in the previous 24 years. Don't know why.
 
Have had a 9 month old do a partial molt in late fall....and have read of many others in the last couple years.
