When I let the chooks out this morning, it smelled like spring. I love that!!!!!

Anyone have ideas about keeping the neighborhood cats out of my veggie garden? I want to plant but I'm grossed out that they have used it as a litter box all winter. That'w what I get for not putting in a winter garden.
