Hello fellow Chicken owners. I need some advice about ventilation. I'll attach pictures of my coop so you can get a look. I have 2 windows in the front but need advice for winter ventilation. I've read to put a couple soffit vent covers above the roost but I don't really have room and need some input. Ty

You will definitely need some ventilation up top but not directly in front of the roosts. It doesn’t look like you have a lot of room but if you can cut a couple inches around the top and cover it with hardware cloth then increase the overhang on the roof you should be good. I always leave the pop door open in winter but it looks like yours is an automatic one. I have never had those but I imagine you can just program it to stay open if your run is predator proof.
