It’s snowing where I am right now and I’m feeding them corn grits (dry) but they wouldn’t come out of their coop to eat
Is it normal that way?

Completly normal. Snow is a scary event. Shovel the snow away from the pop door. Throw some straw or a pallet down so they have a way to walk around. They'll get over it.
