I’m wondering if chickens will sleep with an infrared light on all night ? I presently have a reptile ceramic light but it doesn’t feel very warm .

Yes, chickens can sleep when there is light, but they seem to sleep better in the dark.

What age chickens do you have? What is the temperature? Of course baby chicks need some extra heat, but adult chickens usually do not.
