Probably the wrong category, but are there any chick safe wipes? Like for cleaaning their feet? Baby wipes maybe?

I don't see why you couldn't use baby wipes. Or wet paper towels, damp with soapy water. Chickens step in all kinds of gross stuff and it doesn't harm them.
