without there mate?

can a female pigeon survive without the male once she starts laying her eggs? the reason iam asking this is because i caught a female pigeon at work and she has layed two eggs since this past friday. tried catching male today 'but he is gone.

Yes she can survive, but would be happier if she weren't alone. Why did you catch her?

Pigeons are very cheap, if you want them for pets. lots of people will give their old breeding stock away for free. Please let her go where you caught her.
