Hello BYC'ers. I recently started my chicken adventure (chicks were delivered on 4/17/09). I and my husband have been married for 23 years. We have two grown sons (21 and 18) both attending colleges in other states. So, I needed to fill up the free time and empty nest - with chickens. I have 2 Rhode Island Reds, 2 Silver Laced Wyandottes and 2 Black Stars (all girls). I affectionately call them "The Clucking Club". We also have 1 Airedale Terrier. I have very excited to be a member of such a great group of people.
