Today I saw an adult female Coopers Hawk flying south over the Moser's Grocery Store parking lot around 3:15 PM. Chicken was juvenile less than 1/2 lb and dark, possibly black. Owner of lost bird likely lives east of Old Highway 54. Culprit had a trajectory that like includes the park west of North Elementary School.
