Wobbly chick - keeps moving backwards

Help please! She is 2 1/2 weeks old and isn’t eating or drinking this morning. She seems to be panting now and then. When she moves, she flaps backwards. Seems to list control of her legs.

Can you post some photos of your chick and the brooder?
If you have video of her actions - upload to youtube then provide a link.
What's the temperature in your brooder?
Have you seen her poop - what's that like?
Where did the chicks come from?

Make sure she is not too hot.

I hatched this chick myself. I have a warming plate for them in the brooder. I'm not sure about her poop this morning but I have seen some chocolate pudding type occasionally. I just moved them from a plastic tote into a nylon playpen. Also, about 36 hours ago, I gave them some chick grit and some Scratch n Peck chick food in addition to the Bar-Ale crumbles I have been feeding them. I am not sure how to upload to YouTube but will try to find out. I do have a video. I also have some photos of the brooder but they are too large. Please, anything you can tell me - this is my first experience with chickens.

What are you feeding?

The hock walking and backwards movement could be vitamin deficiency - I would try giving 400IU vitamin E daily, along with 1/2 tablet B-Complex. Offer a little egg to help with the absorption of E.

I'm feeding them Bar-Ale Chick Crumbles. I just added chick grit to their brooder along with Scratch n Peck chick feed scattered for them to find. I don't have any vitamin E yet and will get that today but I do have the B-Complex and just cooked a scrambled egg and crushed the 1/2 tablet into a small amount to feed her.
