Wobbly, "drunken" Chicken...help

1-yr-old Barred Rock. She's very wobbly on her feet. Walks like she's drunk. Flew up to perch, could not sit, wobbly, had to fly back to ground. Eye's are clear. Comb not as bright red, slightly faded. Seems fat and fluffy.....looks normal when standing still. Feet look O.K.

Equilibrium issues? What should I do? What's wrong with her? Call a vet? Put her down?

I love her....she's my sweet little girl!!

I have 2 other barred rocks...they both seem perfect. So far....

So is this something that just came up? and how long ago? What is her diet? Has she had any medication recently, or could she have gotten into anything (free-ranging)? What do her droppings look like? Look her over carefully and see if she has any unusual swellings or injuries. Is she laying?
