My eggs going into lockdown tomorrow are moving but I had just put in another batch a few days ago. I don't know how long or why the darn temp was that high but is there any chance for live eggs still? I checked my incu about 1 am and it was fine then at about 8:30am it was 104! Talk about freakin out majorly!

Mine was at 104 this morning also!
It was 99 when I left it last night..

Must be this HOT Ga weather that has come in

Mine did that a few times too and I still got 22/24. The eggs/chicks take longer to heat up then the air does so unless it was that high for most of the night (and maybe not even then) you're probably still ok. Happy hatching!

Ok, I feel a little better. I know it had to have taken at least a few hours to reach that temp since I had checked it at 1am. Maybe it was the GA weather or the air pressure or something. My nice stepdad went home at lunch and checked the temp for me and said it was 99.5 so I'm happy with that at least until I can get home and watch it closely.

I've got 9 eggs going into lockdown tomorrow:
3 mille fleur d'uccles
3 porcelain d'uccles
3 OEGB crele and self blue poss crele x self blues. Just wanted to see what I'd get with those.

They were rocking and rolling this am so I know they are still alive. Just didn't want to scramble the new eggs- I know they are more sensitive to temp changes.
Golden Lakenvelders, seramas and more crele x self blue OEGB
