Wonder what's in a 11 day Incubating egg?

My hen kicked it out of her box and it cracked. Since she has abandoned them 2 times for fresh laid eggs, I wasn't sure if they will hatch. But I opened it up and the membrane stayed in tact.making for a good pic.

Heres hoping her sister hen will do a good job hatching her eggs in 2 weeks.

I keep my hens in a cat or dog crate so the other birds can't bother them, if you want more success then you should separate the broody birds from the flock, nice picture by the way.
